Cutting Specialists provides contract cutting services (including laser cutting, die cutting, custom cutting, and custom routing) to manufacturers in Ohio (OH) , Michigan (MI), and Pennsylvania (PA), using a broad variety of sheet and rolled goods. Laser and knife cutting systems are used to convert materials for quantities ranging from prototype and short run jobs to high volume full production. We work to tightly controlled, close tolerance job specifications, as well as simple, loose tolerance parameters. We have experience processing everything from synthetic fabrics, such as Kevlar to the most modern laminates, polystyrene sheets, Coroplast, foam, rubber, polyurethane, polycarbonate boards, gaterfoam, leather, non-woven, paper, cardboard, and PVC.

Wholesale CNC fees and cutting:

For most quotes, we will need the artwork either provided by the customer or we can use your fax and do the layout ourselves in most cases. We can accept files in a variety of AutoCAD formats: dxf, dwg, as well as most adobe files. The fee for us to create the artwork is based on $45/hr design time, and will be billed based on actual (not estimated) time. Jobs processed on the cutter will incur a $35. setup charge for creating the tooling, and routing path. Actual table time on the cutter will be estimated and billed based on a shop rate of $90/hr. Minimum charge of ¼ hour or $22.50.
