Mastercut 2200

Engineered from the ground up to exceed the challenge, the Mastercut 2200 has excelled in the task and has earned itself an enviable reputation for dependability, safety, and excellent trouble free use.

Modifications to the Mastercut cutting head have amplified its power and durability, so that this cutter is ready to take on one of the hardest and daunting tasks in the flatbed cutting world... it is the undisputed champion in the Polycarbonate cutting industry, flawlessly cutting elaborate shapes in structured polycarbonate sheets that are up to 40mm thick. Utilized in the manufacturing of outside conservatories and industrial roofing, this cutting task had proved to be problematic and tough on the cutting machines that had been adapted to the process. The power and ruggedness of the Mastercut 2200 allows it to master this task. It is constructed with such rigidity and strength, that it can perform these difficult tasks day after day in the demanding conditions of multi-shift work days, with a remarkably low level of maintenance and outstanding reliability.

Mastercut Recipro

With its unique self steering Reciprocating blade the Mastercut Recipro tackles the arduous task of cutting a wide variety of tough materials that have at times proven to be too troublesome for fixed blade cutters. The cutting head senses forces on the blade in action and adjusts it to counter any lateral movement thus keeping the cut straight and accurate. Applications for this new cutting system are endless and include the cutting of; flooring, astroturf, vehicle carpeting, pool liners, Kevlar, acoustic foam and multiple layers of fabric.

Mastercut Laser

The Mastercut platform carries our heavy duty 200watt powered laser unit. An extremely important factor in any Laser Cutting machine is the Laser unit itself. The quality and dependability of this is crutial and we offer the most efficient unit within a lighter mass than alternative manufacturers. This enables us to carry the unit on the gantry with no reduction in speed and movement. The fact that we carry the unit horizontally on the gantry then allows us to deliver the beam to the material in the best and most efficient way with the minimum distance between the unit and cutting point meaning that the beam length is as short as possible.
